This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out what is and is not permitted on Socialix. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination, and where required, reporting to the authorities.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Socialix to create, upload, process, or distribute:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — this is reported to the competent authorities;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving a real person without their consent;
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the personality or privacy rights of others;
- hate speech, incitement to violence, harassment, or threats;
- deceptive deepfakes or impersonation intended to mislead, defraud, or damage a person or organization;
- malware, or content that facilitates fraud or other crimes.
2. Intellectual property and source content
You may only submit, reference, or generate content for which you hold the necessary rights, licences, and permissions. Do not use Socialix to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights. We operate a notice-and-takedown process and will respond to valid complaints; repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. To submit a complaint, see our Copyright & Notice-and-Takedown page.
3. Third-party platform rules
You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform from which you source content. Do not use Socialix to circumvent technical protection measures, access controls, or rate limits of any platform, or in any way that violates a platform's terms.
4. AI use
Do not use AI features to generate prohibited content, to produce unlabeled synthetic media where labelling is legally required, or to attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or abuse the underlying models or to amplify resource consumption beyond your fair use.
5. Technical and platform abuse
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure; do not bypass usage limits, quotas, or credit accounting; and do not resell or provide the service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
6. Reporting and enforcement
To report content or conduct that violates this AUP, contact us using the details in our Impressum. We may investigate, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We will cooperate with law-enforcement requests that are valid under applicable law.
7. A note on delivered content
Once an output has been delivered to a destination you connected (such as a Telegram or Discord chat), it has left our systems. Removing content on our side cannot retract copies already delivered elsewhere; we will make best efforts to assist but cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms.
