Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, and how refunds and credits work. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Prices are shown inclusive of statutory VAT.

1. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside any trade or profession), you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, you must inform us (contact details in the Impressum) by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.

2. Immediate delivery and loss of the right of withdrawal

Socialix provides digital content and digital services. At checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period ends, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (for a paid digital service) or once we have started supplying the digital content. If you do not give this consent, delivery begins only after the withdrawal period ends.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees arise from the reimbursement. Where you requested that a paid service begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for what was provided up to your withdrawal.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law or by the right of withdrawal above.

5. Credits and top-up packs

Credits included with a plan are granted for each billing period and are consumed as you use the service. Purchased top-up credits do not expire. A failed operation does not consume credits. Outside the statutory right of withdrawal, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once granted; consumed credits cannot be refunded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

Cancel a subscription from your account settings. For withdrawal or refund requests, contact us using the details in the Impressum.
