One click downloads everything as a JSON file: your account details, settings, destinations, templates, automations, tracked profiles, and job history, with links to your generated media.
Deleting your account
- Deletion is a two-step confirmation, then a 14-day grace period before anything is purged.
- During the grace period the account shows the exact deletion date and a “Cancel deletion” button. Changing your mind is one click.
- Any active subscription stops renewing immediately (you keep access until the period ends).
- Once the grace period ends, deletion is permanent. Some records (such as tax invoices) are legally retained even after deletion.
