One run a day, your local time
Each automation runs once a day at the run time you set, always in your account timezone, exactly as you typed it. Set the timezone under Account → Profile; the schedule follows it automatically.
The daily budget
“Max posts / day” (1–10) is the automation's total daily budget, split evenly across its sources. Three sources with a budget of 6 means two posts each. If the split leaves a source at zero, the form warns you it would be skipped.
Reading the schedule
Every automation card shows its time and the countdown to the next run (“11:00 · next in 2h 05m”). Paused automations show the schedule but no countdown.
Extra runs
“Run now” fires an extra run immediately, capped at twice an hour. The daily schedule keeps running as configured either way.
