An automation watches a source and creates branded posts from its new content on a daily schedule. Discovery, rebranding, and delivery all happen hands-off. Automations are part of the Pro plan.
Two kinds
- Scraping: point it at Instagram or TikTok profiles and it reposts their fresh content in your brand, on a daily timer.
- News: pick your niches and Socialix finds the day's top stories, then posts them in your brand. See “News automations & niches”.
Setting one up
Pick your look (a single template, or a folder with auto-routing so each post type gets the right design), name it, add up to 10 source profiles, and set the schedule. The daily post budget is split evenly across your sources. A first test run fires right after you create it.
You stay in control
- Pause any automation with its toggle; resume any time.
- “Run now” triggers an extra run on demand, up to twice an hour.
- “Preview what this would pick” shows exactly what a run would post, without posting anything.
Ads and promos in the source feed are filtered out automatically, and posts you've already used are never posted twice.
