Every plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, Free included. Credits are the only limit on Free: there are no daily caps. A download or a crop costs 1 credit, a simple post 5 and an AI rebrand 15. On Starter and above, downloads and crops are free, and on Pro creating by hand is free too.
How credits work
- Your monthly allowance resets each billing cycle.
- Top-up packs add extra credits that never expire. Monthly credits are always spent first, so top-ups keep their value.
- Pro users can add a recurring credit boost to permanently raise the monthly allowance; changes are prorated.
- A failed job never consumes credits. Reserved credits are returned automatically.
Payments & VAT
Billing runs through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT; any applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your country, and EU businesses can add a VAT ID for reverse-charge invoicing under Account → Billing → Company & tax details.
Managing everything
Your subscription, balance, usage, and top-ups live in Account → Billing. “Manage subscription” opens the Stripe portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. For refunds, see the refund policy at /refund.
