Already have a design? Import a Photoshop file (.psd, up to 150 MB) or an SVG (up to 20 MB) and it becomes an editable canvas template. Text stays editable, and everything else lands exactly where you designed it.

How

On the New Template page, click “Import file”, or drag the file anywhere onto the page. When it finishes, Socialix reports how many editable text layers and image layers it found.

Fonts

Fonts the design uses but Socialix doesn't have are substituted and listed by name. Upload the .ttf/.otf in the editor to restore them exactly.

Caveats worth knowing

  • Some tools (Canva, notably) export SVG text as outlines, so that text arrives as artwork rather than editable text layers. Export with real text if you can.
  • If a PSD won't import, re-save it in Photoshop with “Maximize Compatibility” on.
  • Complex vector effects (fancy paths, filters) are rasterized faithfully rather than converted.
