Linking Telegram connects your Socialix account to our Telegram bot, so the bot recognises you, your templates work from Telegram, and finished posts can be delivered straight into your chats. Telegram and Discord delivery is included on the Pro plan.
How to connect
- Go to Account → Integrations and click “Connect Telegram”.
- A Telegram tab opens on our bot with a one-time code pre-filled. Press Start.
- The website notices the link within a few seconds and shows “Connected”.
The code is valid for 10 minutes. If the tab didn't open, you can also DM the bot the /start command with the code shown on the page. Already used the bot before signing up on the web? Linking merges everything you made in the bot (templates, automations, destinations) into your website account.
Going the other way
From Telegram, the /web command gives you a magic sign-in link that opens your account on the web. Handy on a phone.
Disconnecting
Disconnect from the same card. The bot stops recognising you, leaves your workspace group if you have one, and any templates or automations that posted to Telegram switch back to your web outputs library. You can reconnect any time.
