To receive posts you connect a destination. A destination is reusable across every template and automation.
Telegram
- Open the Socialix bot and use the connect flow.
- Pick the chat, channel, or group where posts should land.
- Make sure the bot is a member of that chat — and, for channels, an admin with permission to post.
Discord
- Link your Discord account from your account page (Integrations).
- Connect the server and channel you want to post to.
If posts aren't arriving
The most common cause is the bot not being added to the target chat, or being added without permission to post. Re-check membership and posting rights first.
