Routing is the wiring between what you make and where it lands. The Workspace page shows it per platform: the Telegram and Discord tabs each have a diagram view for the big picture and a list view where you edit.
How routing works
- Every template and automation has a “Posts to” setting: a Telegram topic or channel, a Discord channel, or “Web library only”.
- Anything unrouted still renders. It just lands only in your web outputs library.
- A template can post to Telegram and have a Discord feed at the same time; the two are independent.
When wiring breaks
If a topic gets deleted in Telegram or the bot is removed from a chat, Socialix notices: affected templates fall back to the web library, the Workspace page shows an amber banner explaining what happened, and automations with a dead destination pause their sends and message you instead of failing silently.
Beyond the workspace
You can also deliver to your own existing chats and channels. Add the bot to the chat (as admin, for channels) and pick it as a destination. On Discord, /destination set wires any channel where the bot can send messages and attach files.
