It's a plan gate
Telegram/Discord delivery, automations, and performance tracking are Pro features; unlimited creates, templates, and mark-free outputs start at Starter. Locked controls stay visible with an upgrade path rather than disappearing, so what you see is what the product does, just gated.
It's missing wiring
Delivery options only light up where they can actually deliver: Telegram needs your Telegram linked (and a workspace or a chat with the bot in it), Discord needs your server connected. Link the account under Account → Integrations, then set up the workspace from the Workspace page.
It's a limit doing its job
- “Daily limit reached”: the Free plan's daily creates and downloads reset every day, or upgrade for unlimited.
- “Out of credits”: top up (top-ups never expire) or upgrade your plan from Account → Billing.
- The canvas editor needs a laptop-sized screen with a mouse. That one isn't gated by plan, just by screen size.
