Performance (a Pro feature) tracks Instagram profiles: yours, competitors', inspiration accounts. It snapshots their followers and posts daily, so you can see what's actually working.

Tracking a profile

Paste a handle or profile URL and hit “Track profile”. The first data arrives in about 60–90 seconds. After that it refreshes daily at the hour you choose (Account → Integrations → Performance refresh time, in your timezone).

What you see

  • A 0–100 performance score (a Socialix number, not an Instagram one) and a health label: 🚀 Breakout, 📈 Growing, 🙂 Flat, 🧊 Cooling, 💀 Dead.
  • Followers with their 7-day change, view and engagement figures, and a trend sparkline. Where Instagram hides a number (views on some posts, likes on some profiles), Socialix falls back to the best available metric and says so.
  • Sorting and filtering by score, followers, growth, or engagement.

Signals to act on

A profile with no new posts across several refreshes gets an amber “renamed or inactive?” note. Renamed accounts are the usual cause; delete and re-track the new handle. Profiles whose refreshes keep failing pause automatically, with a one-tap Retry. Stop tracking removes the profile and its collected history.
