First: did the job succeed?
Open the Jobs page. It lists every job including failures, which the workspace library never shows. A failed job displays its reason and, for web jobs, a Retry button. If the job is Done, the post exists and the question is only where it went.
Check the wiring
- Unrouted templates deliver to your web outputs library only. Check the Workspace page's Web tab before assuming a post is lost.
- For Telegram: the bot must still be in the target chat, with permission to post (admin, for channels). If a topic was deleted, posts fall back to the web library and the Workspace page shows a banner.
- For Discord: the bot needs Send Messages and Attach Files in the channel.
Or wait a moment
Telegram limits how fast one chat can receive messages, so a burst of posts (a big automation run, a batch) trickles in over a few minutes on purpose. If a send was deferred entirely, you get an explicit message asking to retry shortly.
