Signing in
Sign in at socialix.ai/login with the method you registered with: email and password, or a connected sign-in like Google. If you signed up with a password and forgot it, use the reset option on the sign-in page and follow the email.
Changing email, password, or two-factor
Everything about how you sign in lives behind “Manage account” under Account → Security & privacy: change your password, set up two-factor authentication, and manage connected sign-in accounts. Your name and username are edited on the Profile tab. Your email is part of your sign-in identity, so it's managed in the same “Manage account” dialog.
Creating an account
Registration asks you to confirm you're at least 16 and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. Socialix is available to users aged 16 and over.
Locked out entirely?
If you can't get past sign-in at all (lost access to your email or your two-factor device), contact support from the help center. A human will verify it's you and sort it out.
