Folders keep a growing template collection organised, and they unlock auto-routing: point an automation at a folder instead of a single template, and each discovered post is routed to the right design for its type.
Organising
Create folders on the Templates page and file templates via each template's “Move to folder” menu. Deleting a folder never deletes templates; they just become unfiled.
Auto-routing
A folder routes by content type across three slots: Videos / Reels, Tweet screenshots, and Photos. Socialix detects each post's type and runs it through the matching template. If a slot has several templates, you choose the pick rule: rotate through all, random with no repeats, or always use one.
A folder with no routable templates can't post anything. The automation pages warn you and tell you which slot needs a template.
