Post didn't arrive

Check the bot is added to the target chat/channel with permission to post, and that the destination is still connected.

A link failed

The source is likely private, deleted, geo-locked, or an unsupported format. Try another public post.

Blank or broken-looking rebrand

Usually a source-type/template mismatch — for example a video run through a photo-only template. Try a template that matches the media.

Workspace card stuck on “Creating…”

The post usually built fine — refresh the page to see it.

Hit a paywall or out of credits

Top up or upgrade your plan from the Billing area. If none of these resolve your issue, reach out and we'll help.
